ENGLAND ROSES CALL UP
We are super proud to announce U17 member Charlotte Steer has been selected as a part of the England Netball Roses Academy Long Squad. This came about after a great season playing for Team Bath NPL U17 Squad and online programming from EN. She will now attend a camp in February where final selections will be made.
TTNC Trojans continue to impress
U14s TTNC Trojans started their season with a bang defeating Turnford NC in the Sister in Sport National Competition. The match was their 6th consecutive win in the competition and qualified them to the national final! This will take place on the 23rd May in Nottingham.
Pathway sucess
A record number of 18 athletes have this season been recognized on the England Netball Performance Pathway! With 9 Athletes representing Severn Stars in the U17 Nova Academy and 9 Athletes representing Team Bath at the U19 ADC. These athletes are also currently trialling to be in Squads for upcoming England Netball events. So far Lily Tomlinson has also been selected in the Team Bath U18 Squad, Charlotte Steer the U19 NPL Squad.
We made it to round 1
Our U12 & U13 Performance Teams finally got to get on court in 2020 playing in the first round of the ENG Youth Premier League (South)

Both teams had impressive games after a very disrupted pre season. Our U12s took on Eagles who didn't make it easy for us to gain a win, but with much grit we came out on top 19-17. Our U13s started and ended strong with a 27-14 performance vs Ryland.
Lockdown is lifting!
March 29th will mark the start of in person training
Third Lockdown is nearly completed and Junior Sport can restart from the 29th March. After spending the last 3 months training through screens, we are so excited to get all our members on court over the Easter holidays and beyond.

The first 3 weeks of training will take place outside at various locations we have secured. We will then be heading into our normal schedule training back inside.
